Hi my name is Allison and as an Environmental, Health, and Safety Manager for over 25 years, I'm familiar with my responsibility to be a first responder. That's why I felt drawn to becoming an Equine First Aid Instructor. My inspiration came from adopting my mustang Shoshone in April of 2022 and seeing the positive impact she had on my life.
With this newfound passion and concern for horse care and safety, I wanted to do all that I could to make sure that if any emergencies were to arise, I would be prepared. That's why taking the steps to become an Equine First Aid Instructor was so important for me. Now, no matter what situation may occur, I have the capability to give horses their best possible chance at recovery and well-being by being their first responder whenever necessary.
Responsibilities require response abilities - something I'm certainly not short of!
